If you are an Emirati navigating the private sector, you can apply for mentorship through MASARNA.

You’ll be asked to complete a short form so we can understand more about where you are in your journey, what kind of support you are looking for, and what kind of mentor may be the right fit for you. If there is a suitable match, MASARNA will be in touch with next steps.

Mentoring through MASARNA is open to professionals of all nationalities who feel they can offer thoughtful, relevant support to Emiratis navigating the private sector.

If you are interested in becoming a mentor, you’ll be asked to complete a short form so we can better understand your background, experience, and the kind of support you may be best placed to offer. This helps us make thoughtful matches where possible.
