Born from
MASARNA was created from a simple but important belief:
no Emirati should have to navigate the private sector alone.
It was founded by an Emirati professional whose experience across both private and public sector environments highlighted just how valuable guidance, support, and community can be. With a background that includes studying abroad, qualifying as a UK lawyer, working across regional and international private sector settings, and representing Emirati youth at the United Nations, the insight behind MASARNA comes from both lived experience and professional exposure.
Even with strong opportunities, qualifications, or experience, the private sector journey can still feel overwhelming. Having the degree, the role, or the credentials does not always make the path feel easier. At times, it can still feel uncertain, isolating, or difficult to navigate without the right guidance or someone to turn to.
MASARNA was built from that understanding, and it was also shaped by listening. Through real conversations and survey responses from Emiratis employed in the private sector, clear themes emerged around the need for more honest guidance, more meaningful support, and a stronger sense that people are not doing it all alone. The mentorship and community elements behind MASARNA were designed in response to those needs.
At its heart, MASARNA exists to offer professional support in a way that feels personal, grounded, and rooted in real understanding.
